All sales are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Prices, specifications, and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Desert Star Plastics (“DSP”) is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. All products are accompanied by the original Limited Warranty. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges for all RMA services. DSP reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Purchase of Goods and/or Services

All goods remain the property of DSP until payment is received in full. Interest may be charged on late payments in accordance with the credit agreement. By purchasing goods or services from our website, you agree to pay all charges when invoiced, billed, or posted to your credit card or bank account. If you refuse or fail to do so, you remain fully liable for all amounts due and authorize DSP to pursue collection, including all associated costs, interest, and attorney’s fees.

  • Pre‑paid company check, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order (Note: Pre‑paid methods, including cashier’s checks, require additional processing time due to bank clearance procedures. For questions, please call 1‑800‑878‑6144.)

We do not accept C.O.D. orders. We also do not accept international credit cards on the website at this time. Please call 1‑800‑878‑6144 to place an international order.

All delivery dates are estimates only. DSP cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date and is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, fire, flood, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, or freight embargoes.

DSP will arrange shipment of ordered products to the Buyer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipments are insured up to $100 per box. Additional insurance may be purchased by the Buyer.

 

Minimum Order Requirements

For large‑quantity or custom‑made orders, a quantity variation of up to 5% is acceptable to the Buyer. Payment adjustments will be made within 5 business days.

There is a $20.00 minimum order requirement. Orders under $20.00 will incur a $5.00 Low Order Fee to offset disproportionate shipping and handling costs.

 

Shipping

This website (ArizonaPlastics.com) is configured for in‑store pickup. In some cases, delivery may be arranged. If so, the following applies:

  • All orders require 24–48 hours of processing time before shipping.

  • DSP does not process orders on weekends or major holidays.

  • FedEx is our primary shipping carrier, but DSP reserves the right to select another carrier.

Estimated delivery times for stocked items:

  • Ground: 5–7 business days + 24–48 hours processing

  • 3rd Day Air: 3 business days + processing

  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days + processing

  • Next Day Air: 1 business day + processing

Custom items or items requiring setup may require up to 3 weeks of processing.

DSP does not offer international shipping from the website. Call 1‑800‑878‑6144 for international orders.

Orders shipped outside the 48 continental states, including APO/FPO and PO Boxes, may require additional shipping charges with customer authorization. These orders are typically shipped via USPS Parcel Post and may take an additional 1–5 weeks.

Upon receipt, Buyer must inspect all products for damage, defects, or shortages and notify DSP within 3 business days. Buyer must retain the shipping package until the issue is resolved.

 

Returns

No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Return authorization and instructions must be obtained from DSP. All returns require manager approval.

Non‑Defective Products

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $25.00, whichever is greater.

  • Products must be returned with complete identification and in accordance with DSP instructions.

  • Products must be in marketable condition upon receipt.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • A registration variance of up to 1/16 inch is within industry standards for simple fabrication and is considered acceptable unless precise tolerances were specified.

  • Custom‑made and non‑standard items are non‑returnable.

  • DSP is not responsible for unauthorized returns.

Defective Products

Buyer must inspect products upon receipt and notify DSP within 3 business days if defects are found. Buyer must retain the original shipping package; failure to do so may result in claim denial. If the product is confirmed defective, DSP will replace it at DSP’s expense via Ground Shipping.

 

Limited Warranty

Products sold by DSP conform to the manufacturer’s specifications as stated in the applicable product certification. Buyer must notify DSP of any defects within 30 days of delivery. DSP may, at its discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price. Products must not be returned without DSP’s approval.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable. DSP is not responsible for improper use, misuse, or inadequate care of its products. For proper care instructions, see the Product Care Page.

 

Claims

All stock items are labeled with a product code and DSP contact information. Claims must include the appropriate product code and be submitted within 3 business days of receipt. Buyer must retain the original shipping package until the claim is resolved.

DSP is not responsible for any harm arising from Buyer’s purchase, possession, or use of DSP products, use of DSP’s website, or reliance on any technical advice, except as provided in the Limited Warranty. DSP is not liable for consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, substitute product costs, third‑party claims, or property damage.

 

Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that DSP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if DSP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This site (ArizonaPlastics.com) is controlled by DSP from its office in Arizona, USA. By accessing this site, you agree that all matters relating to its use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Arizona courts. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.

DSP makes no representation that site materials are appropriate outside the United States. Accessing the site from locations where its content is illegal is prohibited. Users accessing the site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

 

Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations. You may not export or re‑export any materials or services from this site in violation of U.S. or foreign laws or without required government licenses.

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSP and its affiliates, officers, agents, suppliers, advertisers, contractors, and employees from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from your use of this site, its products or services, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you or anyone accessing the site through your account.
